Joe Schweitzer - President, AICI-SP

Joe Schweitzer joined AICI-SP in April 2006. Previously, he served a career in the U.S. Army and US Army Corps of Engineers, where he rose to the rank of Colonel. Joe managed reconstruction efforts in Iraq and led, trained and developed thousands of military engineers. He earned Masters Degrees in Environmental Engineering and Systems Analysis from Johns Hopkins University and in Strategic Security from the US Army War College. Joe’s undergraduate degree is from the University of Washington. He is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and the Army Engineer Association (AEA).

Robert Gill - Operations Manager, AICI-SP

Bob Gill joined AICI-SP in December 2006. Previously, he served as Project Manager in AICI-SP’s parent company, AICI, where he was responsible for the construction of the award-winning US Embassy complex in Amman, Jordan. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Bob brings 40 years of diversified experience in engineering design and construction management in the US and abroad, with over 20 of those years in support of the Embassy Construction Program at the US Department of State.
