  • Procurement Engineering Design Manager — PEDM
    in Arlington, Virginia
    This position plans and directs architects and all specialized engineers working on a specific project or projects; manages the development, implementation and evaluation of complex designs, product construction and testing in order to ensure completion of project as efficient and effectively as possible. Responsible for design/procurement for a project. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field. Candidate must possess at least 7 years experience. Professional engineer license not required. Must have or be able to obtain a US security clearance at the Secret level. Excellent benefits and competitive salary offered.   • Senior Buyer located in Arlington, Virginia
    Must have 10 years of experience. This person will be responsible for purchasing and negotiating materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors. Evaluates vendor quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers. 4 year degree desired. Extensive construction buying experience desired. Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgments to plan and accomplish goals.
