- Program
Manager
This position is responsible for the management and oversight of several
construction projects within a particular construction program. Will
be responsible for developing and maintaining working relationships
with client project managers, government agencies, contractors and engineers
to ensure the coordination of all phases of the program. Applicant must
be a US citizen with 15 years of construction management experience
and be willing to work overseas and have the ability to obtain a security
clearance.

- Project
Manager
This position is responsible for the overall success, safety and timely
completion of a construction project. Will plan and manage project construction
activities and schedules and provide technical consultation to project
teams, government agencies and clients. Applicant must be a US citizen
with 10 years of construction management experience, be willing to work
overseas and have the ability to obtain a security clearance
- Project
Engineer
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Project Engineer plans,
develops and manages the project construction engineering activities
and schedule to include the coordination of procurement items to the
project site. This position is also responsible for managing the submittal
and obtaining approval of all shop drawings to the client. Applicant
must be a US citizen, have a bachelor’s degree, 5 – 10 years
of experience in construction engineering or related field, be willing
to work overseas and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Safety
Manager
This position will supervise and monitor construction safety programs
and manage (OSHA) inspections and will train employees on safety regulations
and verify program compliance in accordance with US Government guidelines.
Applicant must be a US citizen, have a bachelor’s degree, 10 years
of relevant experience, be willing to work overseas and have the ability
to obtain a security clearance.
- Quality
Control Manager
This position is responsible for preparing and executing QC programs
and procedures in accordance with government contracts and international
standards. Must also be able to manage a team of QC engineers and perform
testing coordination. Applicant must be a US citizen, have a bachelor’s
degree with 8 years of construction quality control experience, be willing
to work overseas and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Mechanical
Engineer
The Mechanical Engineer will apply knowledge of the mechanical engineering
principles and techniques to accomplish goals. Requires a demonstrated
familiarity with standard mechanical engineering practices, codes and
procedures, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 10-15 years of
experience in the construction of large projects and a willingness to
work in a multicultural, international environment. International construction
industry preferred. Must be authorized to work in the US and have the
ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Procurement
Engineering Design Manager – Arlington VA
This position plans and directs architects and all specialized engineers
working on a specific project or projects; manages the development,
implementation and evaluation of complex designs, product construction
and testing in order to ensure completion of project as efficient and
effectively as possible. Responsible for design/procurement for a project.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related
field. Candidate must possess at least 7 years experience. Professional
engineer license not required. Must be authorized to work in the US
and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Procurement
Engineering Design Engineer – Arlington VA
This position coordinates US material procurement and engineering for
a specific project. Position is responsible for the integration of design
efforts into construction execution and must develop and maintain supplier,
subcontractor, and client relations. Applicant must be authorized to
work in the US, have bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minimum
of 2 years of relevant work experience. Must be authorized to work in
the US and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Construction
Superintendent
This position is responsible for the coordination of all site construction
activities and supervision of all field personnel as required to successfully
complete the project on schedule and within budget. May supervise a
specific craft or trade. Applicant must be a US citizen with 7 years
of construction superintendent experience, be willing to work overseas
and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Electrical
Superintendent
This position is responsible for the coordination of all electrical
site construction activities to successfully complete the project on
schedule and within budget. Is involved with identifying potential electrical
issues in the planning phase and monitors electrical installation means
and methods in the construction phase. Applicant must be a US citizen
with 7 years of electrical superintendent experience, be willing to
work overseas and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Mechanical
Superintendent
This position is responsible for the coordination of all mechanical
site construction activities to successfully complete the project on
schedule and within budget. Will direct and coordinate specific trades
on site involved with the mechanical section of the project. Applicant
must be a US citizen with 7 years of mechanical superintendent experience,
be willing to work overseas and have the ability to obtain a security
clearance.
