Project Description:
The P908 Secure Spaces was a construction project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for the construction of three Suites encompassing
590 square meters (SqM) on the second floor of an Admin Building at the Naval Support Activity (NSA 1). The scope of work included interior architectral
build out of offices with associated fire protection, mechanical, electrical, communications, fire alarm and mass notification systems. The building structure
was existing and the new fire protection, mechanical (HVAC), electrical, communications, fire alarm and mass notification systems in the new office spaces
were extensions of and /or connected to existing building systems. The pathways and infrastructure (empty conduit and boxes) for the Electronic
Security Systems (ESS) and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) were completed as part of this contract.
